These Terms govern your use of the ISA Konnect LLC website and the brands operated under it (Does AI Technology, 8 Frames). By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law.

2. Our services and consultations

The site describes services offered by ISA Konnect and its ventures. Submitting our consultation form, booking a consultation, or contacting us does not create a contract. Paid engagements are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. To change or cancel a consultation, reply to your confirmation email.

3. AI features

Our website chat assistant and some of our emails are written by AI. They give general information about our services and can be wrong or incomplete. They are not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing they say is a price quote, offer, or commitment. Pricing and commitments come only from our team, in writing. See our AI Disclosure.

4. Testimonials and other submissions

If you send us a testimonial and agree that we may publish it, you permit us to show your words on our website and marketing, credited the way you chose. You confirm the testimonial reflects your honest experience. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing isakonnect@gmail.com.

5. Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from ISA Konnect, we text you about your consultation, such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email isakonnect@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and materials are owned by ISA Konnect LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Creator-brand work shown as portfolio remains the property of its respective owner.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use third parties (for example, scheduling, video-meeting, or payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISA Konnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after an update means you accept the change.
