AI Disclosure

ISA Konnect LLC builds and uses artificial intelligence. We believe in being honest about it.

How we use AI

• Voice assistants: We use AI voice assistants to place and handle some business calls. We disclose that you are speaking with an AI at the start of every such call. You can ask to speak with a person or to stop calling at any time, and we honor a permanent Do-Not-Call request.
• Website chat assistant: The chat on our site is an AI and says so. It answers general questions about our services, can be wrong, and never gives prices or makes commitments. We do not save chat conversations.
• Replies to our consultation form: After you submit the form, AI reviews your answers and writes the first reply email, which is usually sent without a person reviewing it. Everything after that, including your consultation, is with our team.
• Content & outreach: We use AI to draft content and outreach and to assess prospect fit. A person reviews outreach and published content before it goes out.
• No deceptive use: We do not use AI to impersonate a specific real person, to deceive or manipulate you, or to make legally significant automated decisions about you without human involvement.

Our governance

We maintain an inventory of our AI systems and align our practices with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. We test our systems and correct issues we find.
