AI Disclosure

ISA Konnect LLC builds and uses artificial intelligence. We believe in being honest about it.

How we use AI

• Voice assistants: We use AI voice assistants to place and handle some business calls. We disclose that you are speaking with an AI at the start of every such call. You can ask to speak with a person or to stop calling at any time, and we honor a permanent Do-Not-Call request.
• Content & analysis: We use AI to draft communications and content and to assess prospect fit. A human reviews these before they are sent or published.
• No deceptive use: We do not use AI to impersonate a specific real person, to deceive or manipulate you, or to make legally significant automated decisions about you without human involvement.

Our governance

We maintain an inventory of our AI systems and align our practices with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. We test our systems and correct issues we find.
