Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ISA Konnect LLC(“ISA Konnect,” “we,” “us”) is a Texas limited liability company that builds AI automation and content systems for businesses, operating the brands Does AI Technology and 8 Frames. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Information we collect

• Consultation form and booking: your name, business name, email, phone, website, your answers about your business (such as industry, locations, budget range, timing, and state), anything else you choose to tell us, and the consultation time you pick.
• Website chat assistant: the messages you type into the AI chat on our site. They are sent to our AI provider to write a reply. We do not save chat conversations.
• Phone calls: calls to our business number may be answered by an AI voice assistant, which tells you it is an AI. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up and improve our service.
• Testimonials: if you send us a testimonial, your name, business, role, city, email, and your words. We publish it only with your permission and only in the way you chose to be named. Your email is never published.
• Prospecting (business contacts): publicly available business contact information, such as business name, website, public business phone or email, and public social handles. We do not buy or compile sensitive personal data.
• Automatically collected: we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you arrive through one of our links, we record the campaign tag in that link and the site that referred you, alongside your form. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare for your consultation.
• To send your calendar invitation, video-meeting link, confirmation, and reminders about your consultation.
• To provide, support, and improve our services, and to operate our business.
• To send occasional tips and updates, only if you opted in.

We use AI to help with some of this. See section 6 and our AI Disclosure.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under their own terms, and where required by law. They include:

• Website hosting: Vercel
• AI processing: Anthropic (chat assistant and email replies) and Vapi (voice calls)
• Email, calendar, and video meetings: Google
• Client and project records: Notion
• Phone and text messaging: Twilio
• Payments: Stripe

When you book a consultation, the members of our team who attend can see the details on the calendar invitation.

5. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we text you about your consultation, such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the providers that deliver our messages.

6. AI and automated processing

Our website chat assistant and the first email reply after you submit our consultation form are written by AI and usually sent without a person reviewing each one. We use AI to review your form answers so we can prepare and prioritize follow-up. When you speak with one of our AI voice assistants, it tells you that you are speaking with an AI at the start of the call. We do not use AI to make legally or similarly significant decisions about you without human involvement.

7. Your choices and rights

• Email, calls, and texts: opt out at any time. Reply to any email to stop emails, tell us to stop calling and we honor a permanent Do-Not-Call request, or reply STOP to any text.
• Access and deletion: email isakonnect@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, including removal of a published testimonial. We honor applicable Texas and other US state privacy rights.
• Texas residents (TDPSA): ISA Konnect qualifies as a small business under the SBA definition and does not sell sensitive personal data. We still honor reasonable access and deletion requests.

8. Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Chat messages are not saved by us; our AI provider processes them under its own terms.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
