1. Who we are

ISA Konnect LLC(“ISA Konnect,” “we,” “us”) is a Texas limited liability company that builds AI automation and content systems for businesses, operating the brands ATX Does AI and 8 Frames. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: When you submit our intake/contact form or email us, we collect your name, business name, email, phone, and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
• Information from prospecting (B2B): For outreach we collect publicly available business contact information (business name, website, public business phone/email, public social handles). We do not buy or compile sensitive personal data.
• Automatically collected: We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

3. How we use information

To respond to your inquiry, provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your project, and operate our business. We use AI systems in our operations — see our AI Disclosure.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers who help us operate (for example, our payment processor, and our email, calendar, and calling providers) under their terms; and (b) where required by law.

5. AI and automated processing

We use AI to draft communications, score prospect fit, and place voice calls. When you interact with one of our AI voice assistants, we disclose that you are speaking with an AI at the start of the call. We do not use AI to make legally or similarly significant automated decisions about you without human involvement.

6. Your choices and rights

• Email/calls: You can opt out of our communications at any time (reply to opt out of email; tell us to stop, and we honor a permanent Do-Not-Call suppression for phone).
• Access/deletion: Email isakonnect@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion. We honor applicable Texas and other US state privacy rights.
• Texas residents (TDPSA): ISA Konnect currently qualifies as a small business under the SBA definition and does not sell sensitive personal data; we still honor reasonable access/deletion requests.

7. Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date will reflect the latest version.
